YOUTH PROGRAM is committed to empowering youth ages 14–17 through intentional leadership development. We believe in the importance of enriching the next generation early—cultivating confidence, character, and purpose. Our program is designed to inspire, uplift, and shape strong values.
Our IGNITE! Program is Empowering Young Leaders to Discover, Develop and Drive with Confidence.
YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM is committed to empowering young adults ages 18–24 also have the opportunity to take the Student D.I.S.C. assessment, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their personality style and aligning them with career paths that fit who they are. This launches them into a unique journey of personal and professional growth.
THE EXPERIENCE
LEADERSHIP
Through a proven framework that has been successfully implemented in some of the most challenging environments, Ignite! helps youth develop a clear leadership strategy that aligns with their school, community, and personal goals. Participants will work alongside an experienced facilitator and peers to build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and learn how to effectively collaborate with others.
EMPOWERMENT
From strategy to execution, Essential Leader: Ignite! empowers young leaders to put their plans into action—resulting in greater connection, engagement, and impact within their teams and communities.
CONFIDENCE
By the end of the program, participants emerge more confident, self-aware, and equipped to drive positive change wherever they go.
TRAINING
“You Must Know Yourself to Grow Yourself” Complete the Maxwell DISC Assessment and an in-depth training to discover your natural motivators, recognize your strengths, opportunities and more.
LIFE APPLICATION
Interactive Activities: This powerful tool uses thought-provoking questions, real-life scenarios, and insightful discussions to challenge participants and apply leadership principles in real time.
MOTIVATION
Essential Leader motivational speaking engagements aim to inspire attendees, challenge their perspectives, and provide actionable insights that they can quickly apply in their own leadership roles.
